LIVING ROOM

Stepping into the living room, guests are immediately welcomed by the freshness of the Adriatic Sea. A spacious and bright area, the living room is bathed in the Dubrovnik sunshine and further reflects the minimalist style found throughout the property. The neutral walls and floor are pleasantly contrasted by the blues and turquoises of the Scandinavian-style chairs and sofas, providing an appealing coastal ambience.

With simple wooden tables, this cozy living room features an open fireplace for winter evenings. Together with unpretentious artwork, this Adriatic living space is the perfect place to relax, rest and meet.

DINING ROOM & KITCHEN

Moving to the left of the entrance hall, guests will find a pleasant dining room and kitchen area. Making the most of Dubrovnik’s natural light, it provides the perfect place for guests to enjoy breakfast, dinner – or a simple late-afternoon snack.

This open-plan area provides a place for guests to dine and prepare meals. With clear white walls and minimalist wooden furniture, the dining room is both elegant and contemporary. Each item of furniture has been beautifully designed by a renowned Belgian architect, in close consultation with the Villa’s owners.

READING ROOM AND STAIRS

A spectacular stone staircase and iron bannister leads from the ground floor to the reading room on the first floor, perfectly illustrating Villa Orti’s unique charm.

These iron bannisters, crafted by a 19th century Austrian iron foundry, have been fully restored to their original glory. Looking up from this staircase, guests will notice the ceiling on the slopes of the stairwell, which is beautifully decorated with a rosette of acanthus leaves.

TERRACE WITH OUTDOOR DINING

One of Villa Orti’s most impressive features is the wonderfully spacious open-air terrace.

Standing upon the large terrace, guests are able to take in tranquility of nature, while looking into the distance and enjoying the colors and fine fragrances of the area.

Featuring a large dining table and chairs, the terrace becomes the perfect spot to dine al fresco, enjoy an afternoon snack or an evening cocktail in the warm Croatian breeze – whatever the time of day.

TERRACE WITH SUNLOUNGERS

The lush grounds of Villa Orti give guests ample opportunity to enjoy the warm Croatian sunshine. In front of the main house, a peaceful green terrace is dotted with sun loungers, encouraging guests to indulge in a spot of sunbathing.

Only a few steps away, a fabulous outdoor swimming pool gives guests respite from the heat, allowing you to sit back, recharge and relax.
